Ingredients:
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparing:
Peel grapefruit, and put it together with the other ingredients in juicer.
You can drink this beverage before any meal of the day, but is most recommended in the late hours as a substitute for dinner. Repeat the procedure every day for 7 days, then a break of 7 days. If you do not have an intolerance bitter taste of grapefruit every other day replace it any other citrus fruits such as limes, lemons, oranges or tangerines.
