3 Killer Exercises to Lose Stomach Fat

There are many of us that are interested in losing stomach fat, but we may have a poor perception as far as how to go about doing it. The reason why this is the case is because it is impossible to lose stomach fat directly without losing it on the rest of your body. Since Spot reducing fat deposits are entirely out of the question, I thought that I would put together 3 exercises that could really help you to burn fat off of your body and see amazing differences in your belly fat rather quickly. What will shock you about these is the fact that they don’t have anything to do with exercising the abdominals at all.
The Squat – This is, by far, the best way to lose stomach fat if you do them consistently and properly. The reason why this is the case is because you are going to be using the larger muscles of your body, the legs which has an almost endless number of fat burning qualities. The more lean muscle mass you have on your body, the faster your metabolism is going to run and the more it will metabolize fat all throughout the day. Since your legs are larger than any other muscles of your body, you can add lean muscle mass to them rather quickly. By doing squats, you stand a better chance of turning your body into a fat burning machine and to finally lose stomach fat.

Deadlifts – Another excellent exercise that also works out the core muscles and the leg muscles as well are the deadlifts. These are something that should be incorporated into your regular exercise routine. When you do deadlifts, your body naturally releases chemicals which will aid in building additional muscle. To your benefit, these chemicals are not isolated to the area of the legs but it will also help you to build muscle in all areas of your body. As with the squat, this can boost your metabolism greatly and cause you to burn fat.
HIIT – I would suggest that you also try high-intensity interval training as a cardio workout on the days that you are not weight training. High intensity training not only boosts your metabolism for long after the training is completed, it also is well known to help you to maintain the muscle that you have worked so hard to build up, assisting you in your efforts to lose stomach fat and get a flat stomach. Though long-term aerobic exercise may help you to burn calories to a certain extent, these short bursts of high intensity exercises will have you burning calories consistently, and for longer periods of time.

Although there is more to working out than just doing these three exercises, they can really form the foundation of your fat burning efforts. If you’re consistent in doing them, you can expect to lose stomach fat quickly and to see differences that will show in the mirror in a very short period of time.
