Ginger infused water is very effective in burning the stored fat tissue on your waist, hips and thighs. its simple to prepare and more effective compared to other fat burning drinks

Ingredients:
-Ginger Root
-Water
Preparation: Get a fresh ginger root and cut it in slices. Then, put the slices in 1-1.5 l water and place it on heat. So, when this mixture starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Then, leave it to cool off and strain the mixture.


How to consume it: if you want to get the best results and completely detox your body from all bad toxins, then you should drink at least 1 liter of this ginger water per day, for at least 6 months.
