Lose Weight and Lower Your Cholesterol by Adding THIS Drink to Your Morning Routine

Today we are going to share a fabulous drink that is helpful not only losing weight but also maintaining your cholesterol. This drink has little ingredients, but it works wonders.
The ingredients are:

  • 3 Lemons
  • 2 small bundle Parsley
  • A pinch of Baking Soda
  • 2 Liters Water

Method of Preparation:


1.  Wash parsley carefully and chopped it.
2.  Take some warm water into a bowl and add a pinch of baking soda into it. Soak the lemons into it for one hour.
3.  Then wash the lemons and chopped it. In this way, lemons were retained its nutrients and pesticides and bacteria on lemon peel were washed.
4.  Now take to liters of water and add chopped lemon and parsley into it. Boil it..
5.  After boil cook these ingredients for three hours on low flame.
6.  Half of water will be evaporated. Cool this water.
7.  Strain the water and place it in the refrigerator overnight
8.  Take about two ounces in the morning before taking breakfast and after thirty minutes take your breakfast

This drink is healthy as lemon clean liver and helps in the digestion. Even the smell of lemon makes the mood pleasant. Citric acid and negatively charged ions boost energy and refresh the body. Parsley is rich in vitamin C and flavonoids. These flavonoids suppress the growth of tumors and cancer. This drink also reduces the weight and makes better immune system.
